Constitutional & Human Rights Law

Constitutional law & Human Rights Law: is the body of law which defines the relationship of different entities within a state, namely, the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary. International human rights law is the body of international law designed to promote and protect human rights at the international, regional, and domestic levels.

Commercial Law

Commercial law, also known as business law, is the body of law that applies to the rights, relations, and conduct of persons and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales. It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both private law and public law.



Environmental & Land Law

Environmental law & Land Law: means the laws that regulate the impact of human activities on the environment. Environmental law covers a broad range of activities that affect air, water, land, flora or fauna. It includes laws that relate to: Protection of animals and plants. Land Law encompasses a number of things, beyond the earth itself, such as fixtures, and easements and leasing of land.

Insurance in Kenya is regulated through the Insurance Act and the Association of Kenyan Insurers a consultative and advisory body for the insurance industry. The Association is open to any insurance company duly registered under the Insurance Act to transact business in Kenya.
